Returns Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At BAG we stand behind our product and if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return or exchange your purchased item within 30 days from the original date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We cannot accept returns of custom made bags or gift cards. Items purchased on sale can be exchanged but cannot be returned for a refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Please send your proof of purchase along with your email address and / or shipping address and the item to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will notify you of the status of your return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
